Hello there! I'm Alex!

I am a full-time AI Research Scientist on the AI Core team at Two Sigma Investments. I graduated rank #1 from U.C. Santa Barbara where I received both my B.S./M.S. degrees in Computer Science. My academic research under William Wang specialized in responsible machine learning and natural language generation. In my free time, I am enjoy cooking (alexmeicooking.com) and watching reality competitions (Survivor, The Amazing Race, Masterchef, Next Level Chef, Hell's Kitchen).
